Medical Collection Programs:

At FMS we have developed contingency price plans that will take into account the level of time and effort that is expended in the collection effort on your behalf. We have instituted the following programs that allow you to receive the benefits of first class full service collection agency with the economy of automated systems resulting in an overall blended collection fee that is one of the lowest in the industry.

• Early Recovery Program (ERP) - One of our most well received and successful programs to date. Through the use of a series of collection correspondence and credit reporting, you pay one flat contingency fee regardless of account balance. The result is an overall contingency fee for most practices in the mid 20th percentile. We have seen that most practices see about 25% of their patients pay under this program.

• Small Balance Program - We are unique because we will we will accept debt from $25 to $100 under our contingency fee programs.

• Flat Rate Contingency Program - For accounts that are not collected under the Early Recovery Program, there is no need for you to do anything; they automatically convert to our agreed upon Contingency Fee.

We never charge any annual administration fees, returned mail fees, or account maintenance fees and we offer IT support free of charge to our clients. If we don’t get paid, you don’t get charged!!!!
