About Tenacity Settlements:
Tenacity Settlements is a division of the Tenacity Group, the region’s leader in real estate advisory services. We conduct residential and commercial real estate settlements in Pennsylvaia, Maryland, DC and Virginia.
We are a boutique title insurance agency - not a huge factory. Our turn around times are extremely fast. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized service to everyone involved in a real estate transaction, whether they are a realtor, loan officer, mortgage broker or borrower. Each transaction is assigned to both an attorney and a settlement coordinator who oversees and controls the transaction from start to finish, including the settlement and the recording of all documents.
Tenacity Settlements will put forth every effort to accomodate your customer's needs. We have several locations available for closings: DuPont Circle in DC as well as Greenbelt, Bethesda and White Marsh in MD. In-Home closings are available for an additional fee.
